In a few days, you will receive a brief questionnaire asking you about your internship experience. This questionnaire is from the Math Mentoring Project that you agreed to participate in last spring.

The questionnaire will ask you to spend about 30 minutes answering questions about your first semester of interning. Your responses to this questionnaire will help us learn how to improve the experience for aspiring math teachers like yourself.
