Confidentiality is likely to be important because you are going to ask the interns to be frank about their experiences. However, for data analysis, you still will need to match up this questionnaire with their responses to future data collections. Hence you assign each intern a unique ID, which you use to track responses. Once the last questionnaire has been completed, names can be deleted. All participant data thereafter will be coded and referred to in terms of the IDs.
