For the following reasons, it seems prudent to deliver the questionnaire to the interns by mail rather than by computer, and to mail it to them at their homes rather than at their schools:

• It is not known if all the interns have computers or Internet accounts.
  
• The interns are not formal employees at their schools and, hence, may not be able to get mail delivered to them there.
