Standardized questions can easily be devised to gain
data from them. It also would be a good idea, however, to pose one
or two open-ended questions asking the mentors to describe
additional events, issues, or outcomes they are not able to mention
elsewhere in the questionnaire. Their answers to those questions may
contain important information that you could not have
anticipated. |
