- To assess whether the process used to select the mentors resulted
in the selection of the most qualified individuals.
- To determine whether mentors and instructors have created successful
partnerships.
- To assess whether the mentoring has improved the academic performance
of the freshmen.
- To determine what project strategies were most responsible for
the improvements that have been documented.
Step 2: Identify the groups from which you need to get
information.
You need information from the mentors, instructors, and freshmen.
For brevity, this example will discuss only the mentors.
