gather information on student's
confidence and interest in specific physics activities. This
information would be used to make pre/post-project comparisons.

academic interests, interests
Format/Length: 12
questions total. Each
survey consists of 6 closed-ended Likert scale questions.
Each question is accompanied by an illustration of the physics-related
issue that the question addresses.
