gather information on the effects of the Eureka program on
student participants

- Impact on Outcomes: career interests, confidence,
student interest
- Plans & Expectations (Student): career interests,
post-secondary plans
- Project Evaluation: effectiveness,
satisfaction
- Self-Assessment (Student): confidence,
interest
- Background Characteristics & Activities (Student):
academic performance, education, extracurricular
involvement, prior coursework
Format/Length: 18
questions, 6 open-
and 12 closed-ended. Questions include checklists, Likert
scale ratings, and opinion formats. There are also 8
demographic questions.
