Purpose: To assess the strengths and weaknesses of the Project Earth Science workshop

Administered To: 36 teachers who participated in the Year 1 Project Earth Science workshop

Topics Covered:

  • Impact on Outcomes: awareness, instructional practices, teacher knowledge
  • Plans & Expectations (Teacher/Faculty): continue reform practice, professional development activities, project implementation
  • Project Development/Continuation: content, methods
  • Workshop Evaluation: activities, areas for program improvement, collaboration, endorsement, exemplary areas, instructor, methods, organization, pace, practical value, satisfaction, student/teacher interaction
  • Background Characteristics & Activities (Teacher/Faculty): experience

Format/Length: 32 questions, 26 closed- and 6 open-ended, plus 2 demographic questions. 25 closed-ended questions are Likert scale response items.
