- Perceptions (Teacher/Faculty): methods, content, mentoring/support, impact, practical value

Format/Length: 36 total number of items: 20 closed-ended (8 scaled items, 7 yes/no items, 5 demographic items) and 16 open-ended (8 items that contain both closed-ended and open-ended components)
