Instrument 15: Evaluation of Program Goals Questionnaire

Funding Source: NSF: Teacher Enhancement (ESIE)

Purpose: To evaluate whether the integrated science program attained its goals (science and other disciplines)

Administered To: 16 K-8 participating teachers

Topics Covered:

  • Course Evaluation: activities, collaboration, content, effectiveness, implementation, opportunity to practice, practical value
  • Perceptions (Teacher/Faculty): impact

Format/Length: 17 closed-ended items that employ a 5-point Likert scale ranging from "low" to "high"


EVALUATION OF PROGRAM GOALS QUESTIONNAIRE

Goal I: Enrichment of teachers' conceptual understanding of science
