Instrument 9: Initial O-TEC MTIR/SC Survey

Project: The Oklahoma Teacher Collaborative (O-TEC)
University of Tulsa

Funding Source: NSF: Collaboratives for Excellence in Teacher Preparation (DUE)

Purpose: To assess master teacher's experiences with the program and rate its likelihood of success

Administered To: Master Teachers in Residence (assist faculty in course redesign and provide instruction)

Format/Length: 71 questions, 29 open- and 42 closed-ended, which include the use of a 5-point scale

Thank you for taking the time to answer the following survey. Answers to these questions will be used to judge the effectiveness of the O-TEC program and to improve future O-TEC services. They are not used to evaluate individual site compliance or performance.

Strict confidentiality may be impossible because some of your comments could contain program-specific identifying material. However, the assessment team will preserve confidentiality to the greatest possible extent, and your name will not be used when survey results are reported.
