Purpose: To gather information about the
attitudes, behaviors, and content knowledge that VINE participants
have gained through the project
Administered To: Teen-aged high school
students who participated in the VINE program

- Instructional Preferences: methods, student
collaboration
- Plans & Expectations: career interests,
continue project involvement
- Project Evaluation: areas for program improvement,
exemplary areas, importance
- Self-Assessment (Student): engagement
Format/Length: 46
questions total, 34 closed-
and 12 open-ended. This survey contains both program implementation
impact questions and questions that assess the student's content
knowledge. The closed-ended questions include Likert scale response
items, check-the-box responses, and circling responses.
