NSF Funding Source: Collaboratives for Excellence in Teacher Preparation

Purpose: To collect background data from particpating faculty and their assessment of program implemention and training activities

Administered To: Participating faculty

Topics Covered:

  • general demographic information
  • motivation for becoming involved in the project
  • teaching techniques
  • ratings of the effectiveness of the project along a number of dimensions (e.g., changing existing curricula)
  • evaluation of workshops and retreats

Format/Length: Mix of 24 closed- and open-ended questions; space for teachers' general comments.
