The following presentations and publications have been prepared by the OERL team and provide discussion of the functions, applications, and evaluations of the Online Evaluation Resource Library.

  This is an overview paper about OERL that was delivered to the Educational Technology 2002 Conference of the Society for Applied Learning Technologies.


• AGU Presentation
  This is a presentation about OERL that was delivered to the Annual Meeting of the American Geophysical Union in December 2002.


• Evaluating Web-Based Professional Development
  Discusses the distinctive characteristics of Web-based professional development offerings that should be addressed when formulating evaluation designs using the OERL Web site as an example.


• Expert Panel Review of OERL's Instructional Utility
  Describes the conduct and findings of an expert panel review convened to evaluate the potential for OERL to be used in graduate evaluation course.


• OERL Survey Design Methodology, Administration and Results
  This paper documents the process employed to develop and administer a methodically sound set of surveys to evaluate the Online Evaluation Resource Library (OERL) Web site.


• Utilizing Usability Testing Methods to Improve OERL
  Presents the methods employed to develop and conduct usability tests of the OERL Web site along with the findings and resulting changes to the Web site.
