Purpose: To rate project's appropriateness for classroom use, user friendliness, effect on teaching, effect on parent involvement, strengths and weaknesses of the project, and project benefits

Administered To: School staff

Topics Covered:

  • Attitudes & Beliefs (School Staff): technology
  • Perceptions (School Staff): ease of use, parent attitudes, student attitudes, student performance
  • Project Evaluation: areas for program improvement, content, exemplary areas, follow-up, implementation, materials, satisfaction, technology use
  • Self-Assessment (School Staff): confidence

Format/Length: 20 questions total, 14 closed-ended Likert scale items and 6 open-ended questions
