Project: National Association of Geoscience Teachers (NAGT) Distinguished Speakers Program: A Focus on Teaching

Purpose: To evaluate sessions conducted by distinguished speakers

Administered To: Attendees (faculty members, graduate students, undergraduate students, high school teachers at the distinguished speaker's session at each host institution)

Topics Covered:

  • Impact on Outcomes: teacher attitudes
  • Plans & Expectations (Teacher/Faculty): project implementation
  • Workshop Evaluation: areas for program improvement, importance, instructor, materials, methods, organization, practical value, rifor, satisfaction
  • Background Characteristics & Activities (Teacher/Faculty): current practice, professional development activities

Format/Length: 10 questions, 8 closed-ended 5-point Likert scale and 2 open-ended, plus 2 demographic questions
