The order of the survey items can be improved. The survey begins with two background questions (I.1 and I.2) that are not central to the survey's purpose and can be put at the end. The question that most succinctly expresses the purpose of the survey is I.4. Other questions that focus directly on the innovation are I.3, II.1 through II.8, and II.10. These items should appear together at the beginning. Item (II.9) should be placed just before the closing questions asking for background information (I.1 and I.2).
